Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
If the product is in pre-order or print production, we will inform you separately about the estimated shipping date.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

Orders are shipped to the nearest parcel locker (or equivalent). In some cases, delivery may be made to another parcel locker or via a post office.

We choose the best available shipping method for each order to ensure fast and safe delivery.
The shipping price remains the same regardless of the chosen method.

Delivery Time

  • Within Estonia: 1–5 business days after handing over to the parcel locker or courier
    (Pre-order or print-on-demand products may take 7–14 business days)

  • International orders: 5–15 business days, depending on the destination country and customs procedures

  • United States: 5-20 days (It depends on the shipping option)

Important Information

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • All orders are insured until delivery.

Returns Policy (Short Version)

Customers have the right to withdraw from the order within 14 days.
To initiate a return, a written request must be sent via email, after which the seller will provide return instructions.

The product must be returned within 14 days from submitting the withdrawal request.

  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer

  • All return-related actions (packaging, shipping, transport arrangements) are the customer’s responsibility
