Refund policy

‼️ If the customer fails to collect the shipment on time and the parcel is returned to the sender, the customer is responsible for all related costs (including the initial shipping cost and the return shipping cost).

The customer has the right to withdraw from the order within 14 days from receiving the goods. To withdraw, the customer must submit a written notice by email and return the goods within 14 days from submitting the withdrawal notice.

Return Process

  1. The customer sends a return request and waits for precise return instructions provided by the seller.

  2. The customer arranges the return independently, using only the return method approved by the seller.

  3. The customer ensures that the product is properly packaged for safe transportation.

  4. The customer pays all costs related to the return shipment directly to the transport service provider.

  5. Returned goods will be inspected within 14 days of receipt.

  6. After inspection, a refund will be issued for the product price and the initial cheapest shipping cost.

Costs

  • The return shipping cost is paid by the customer and is non-refundable.

  • The customer organizes the return independently and bears all related costs (e.g. packaging, postal fees, additional insurance, etc.).

  • The initial shipping cost is refunded only up to the price of the cheapest available shipping method. If the customer selected a more expensive shipping option, the difference will not be refunded.

Return Conditions

  • The product must be unopened, in its original packaging, and may only have been handled to the extent necessary to determine the nature and characteristics of the product.

  • If the product or its packaging is damaged, a reduction in value will be applied according to the condition of the item.

  • Returned goods must be properly and securely packaged to prevent additional damage during transport.

Non-Returnable Products

  • Perishable goods;

  • Custom-made products;

  • Opened or used hygiene products;

  • Opened digital products where delivery has already begun.

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Unless excluded by the conditions above, you may cancel or return an order shipped within the European Union within 14 days, for any reason and without providing an explanation.
The item must be in the same condition as when received – unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

You will be notified once we have received and inspected your return. We will also inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that processing by your bank or credit card company may take additional time.
